The WoodBox is a sound extension pack for the AmberWood Drums

70 New Sound Sources

Several wood types like cedar woods or rosewoods and metals have been recorded in various ways of playing like knocking, tapping, hitting,.. to achieve various characteristics. All sounds have been sampled round robin for a real natural, organic feel. They have been recorded in high resolution with the ORTF technique for a wide stereo image.

Not just only Wood Percussion

Each sound source represents a single instrument and can be layered & combined with each other to build complete new and individual, even experimental sounds. For example, full drum sets with kicks hi hats & snares just made out of wood knocks and stick hits. (see snapshots)

New Snapshots

With the snapshots you can easily load our pre-built sets. We have also created a few unconventional drum sets. We heavily changed the tuning of some wood knocks, wood hits and metal hits and added lots of the FX to simulate unconventional kicks, snares and hihats. These snapshots also demonstrate the possibilities and the bandwidth of the AmberWood Drums, like the "Twin Twin" track shows at a glance. No other Drums than the AmberWood Drums have been used here.

Installation

Always install the Sound Pack after you have installed the Basic Product.
Otherwise the new sounds will be inactive and you have to install the Sound Pack again
